The buzz is building about our family business. If you’re from the River Valley, you may know that we have been voted by the readers of The Courier, “Best of the Best in the River Valley” for Seafood, Catfish and Hush Puppies 13 years in a row. (We would have won Best Cinnamon Rolls, but there wasn’t a category!) If you’re not from around these parts, let me tell you about the great food that you have been missing. On our large buffet we serve Arkansas Catfish, in addition to other types of Seafood from around the world, all fried “Southern Style” in Zero Trans Fat Oils. You can taste our perfectly Boiled Shrimp, lightly baked Whitefish, homemade Seafood Gumbo (Mom’s Recipe), as well as our made from scratch salad & desserts (including the best Cinnamon Rolls you will ever eat!). For those who don’t care for seafood (How’s that possible???), you may choose from our fall-off-the-bone delicious slow-smoked St. Louis Ribs, served with Charlie Casto’s Famous BBQ Sauce (a 23-year regular guest who let me borrow his secret recipe). Not a fan of ribs? Try our Chicken Tenders, Hot Wings, and various other delicious buffet items. You have your choice of all this & much, much more! No wonder everybody’s talking!!!
